2023 Performance (91 Molds)More than 50% of our molds are large-scale, exceeding 800 tons.
With the installation of a 30t crane at the headquarters in Japan and a 50t crane at the China base, we can handle molds for casting machines of 3500–4500 tons in Japan and up to 6000 tons in China.

    Using CAE software, we theoretically analyze the casting quality of molded products in advance. As a specialized die-cast mold manufacturer, we aim to support customers with thorough simulation analysis services.

    Top Quality, Fastest Processing, Minimal Setup with Advanced Equipment

    Essential to creating high-precision molds is our state-of-the-art equipment. We continuously gather information and update our equipment when necessary. By optimizing cutting tools and setup processes, we achieve the fastest processing speeds and top quality.
    We manufacture in-house jigs for setups, enabling minimal setup times with maximum accuracy.

    3D Measurement for Stable Quality

    We conduct automatic, contact, and laser measurements with gantry-type and multi-joint machines to measure precision surfaces and complex shapes. To maintain machining accuracy, we incorporate systems that feedback measurement data to each machine.

    Paperless Mold Assembly

    Our assembly process has become paperless, utilizing tablets for assembly drawings and models. A self-developed app manages feedback, photographic records, and checklists, ensuring quality assurance for completed molds.

CHC-金型内冷却ハーフキャップ

CHC - Mold Internal Cooling Half Cap
To enhance the efficiency of your die-casting production, we have developed a stainless steel cap that strengthens internal cooling by inserting it into cooling holes. This contributes to improved casting quality and productivity.

  • Enables more aggressive cooling designs compared to standard cooling designs.

  • Prevents rusting of cooling holes.

  • Achieves cooling efficiency almost equivalent to unbushed cooling holes due to its thin structure.
  • Compatible with existing cooling fittings.
